Rona Borre serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Instant Alliance. The company was founded in 2001 and is currently recognized as a business enterprise that is woman-owned with increasing revenue over the years.

The organization entered into a merger with an international firm and lost its existing culture and methods of operation. Rona left the organization and she signed a non-compete so that she could not converse with her existing customers.
